The most powerful marketing asset you have isn't sitting in your org chart, it's already bought from you. Join Amber as she unpacks how forward-thinking marketing leaders are turning their customers into the growth engine that no headcount budget could buy, from the programs that make advocacy scalable to the mindset shifts that make it possible. Key takeaways: - How customer-led growth has outperformed traditional campaigns, and what the real-world results actually look like - The infrastructure behind making advocacy repeatable: programs, incentives, and relationships that scale - What you have to be willing to relinquish as a marketing leader — and how to bring your organisation with you - How to make the case internally for a model that puts customers at the centre of your growth strategy
