Courtney Pemberton Hood is a lighthearted, results-driven marketing leader passionate about creating opportunities that empower businesses through AI. She leads Field Acquisition Marketing for LinkedIn Sales Solutions in North America, driving B2B demand generation across Enterprise, MidMarket, and SMB segments while partnering closely with sales to accelerate pipeline growth. Before joining LinkedIn, Courtney spent eight years at Google Cloud leading SMB demand generation and spearheading key initiatives supporting Google Cloud’s flagship event, Google Cloud Next. She brings a unique perspective shaped by both marketing and sales experience. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys getting lost in a good fiction novel, exploring fashion and the arts, spending time outdoors, and traveling. She also cherishes being a mother to her two amazing children and is a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan—for better or worse.
