Jeanette Pineiro is an Executive Coach with Novus Global, partnering with founders and teams who are ready to move from high performance to meta performance. She helps leaders break through perceived limits to create results that once felt out of reach. With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector and early roots in the startup space, Jeanette has worked alongside entrepreneurs and visionary leaders building something bigger than themselves. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of the Tri-State chapter of Defy Ventures, leading initiatives that equipped currently and formerly incarcerated individuals with entrepreneurship training, career readiness skills, and personal development tools. Her work centers on leading through complexity, sustaining bold vision, and building cultures aligned around purpose. She is deeply committed to expanding what leaders, especially women and founders from underrepresented communities, believe is possible. Originally from New York City, Jeanette now lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, two-year-old son, and their dog, where she continues to build a life and career rooted in vision, courage, and growth.
