Panel: Building a unified growth model across your GTM function
Chief Growth Officers are accountable for growth, but rarely control all the levers required to deliver it. Marketing, sales, product, RevOps, and customer success often sit under different leaders, incentives, and priorities, leaving CGOs to navigate growth through influence rather than authority. This panel brings together senior growth leaders to share how they build a unified growth model across GTM functions despite these constraints. The discussion will focus on: - Where alignment truly matters - How incentives and metrics must evolve - What real end-to-end growth ownership looks like in practice (without forcing a full org redesign) - Where growth leaders need direct control vs. strategic influence to be effective Expect candid perspectives on power dynamics, resistance, and the decisions that determine whether the CGO role succeeds or fails.
