Michaela MacIntyre is Senior Vice President of Marketing at IMG, where she leads global marketing strategy across one of the world’s leading sports, media and entertainment organisations. With deep expertise in brand strategy, partnerships and multi-channel marketing, she has played a key role in shaping the marketing approach behind major global sporting and cultural moments. Prior to her current role, Michaela led marketing across IMG and On Location’s partnership marketing and Olympic hospitality portfolio, driving integrated campaigns and commercial growth through strategic brand storytelling and audience engagement. With a career spanning agency and in-house leadership roles, Michaela brings a strong track record of aligning marketing strategy with commercial impact. She is also a former trustee of Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village and has lectured in marketing at the University of Surrey.
