Panel - Human by design: Making AI work for marketers, customers & teams
The hardest part of AI in marketing isn't the technology, it's the people. As new tools reshape how teams work, leaders have to balance efficiency with creativity, trust, and genuine human connection. This panel brings together marketing leaders to unpack the organizational and cultural side of AI: how to drive real adoption, protect brand authenticity, and keep customer experiences unmistakably human. Key takeaways - Drive real AI adoption through practical, people-first change management. - Balance automation with creativity and brand authenticity. - Earn customer trust while scaling AI-powered marketing. Together with the opening keynote, this closes out the day's AI theme, and hands off to a bigger question: how the CMO role itself is being redefined.
