Panel - One number to own: Aligning cross-functional teams around business growth
The line between marketing and revenue is disappearing - and that's a good thing. The organizations posting durable growth are the ones where marketing and sales run as a single commercial function, accountable to one number. Picking up the leadership theme from earlier in the day, this session shows how the C-suite build shared ownership, align incentives, and stop competing for credit so the business can win. Key takeaways - Align marketing and sales around a single set of business outcomes. - Create true shared ownership of pipeline and revenue. - Strengthen the partnership that accelerates sustainable growth. With the strategy set, the day gets hands-on - putting these ideas to the test in the closing war room workshop.
