Stramit
Saul is the Head of Strategy, Marketing & Product at Stramit, part of the Fletcher Building Group and is a member of Stramit’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT). In this role, he owns the enterprise strategy, marketing, product and technical functions, with accountability for setting direction, prioritising investment and translating strategy into commercial and operational outcomes across the business. Prior to this, Saul held senior strategy roles at Monitor Deloitte, where he worked with executive teams across growth strategy, customer strategy, strategic operating models, enterprise design and large-scale business transformation programs. His experience spans the Retail, Consumer & Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Financial Services sectors. Saul is an analytical and commercially minded leader, recognised for his ability to turn complex problems into clear, actionable insights. He brings strong capability across strategic planning, business case development, data modelling and analysis, program and change management and large scale execution. He is particularly known for helping organisations define strategy, translate it into practical roadmaps, prioritise effort and actively govern delivery.
