Caitlin Foster is the Global Head of Community at Adobe, where she leads community engagement and customer retention strategies. With over a decade of experience in customer success and partnerships, she has previously led customer value marketing at Adobe, focusing on delivering scalable value to decision-makers. Caitlin has also held leadership roles at Unlockd, MixRank, and Bluewolf. Outside of work, she serves on the Executive Board of Girls on the Run of the Bay Area and is passionate about social impact. She holds a BA in Italian Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
