Cassi Hallam, Chief Marketing Officer at System Pavers, is a energetic marketing leader with nearly two decades of experience in lead generation and brand-building, particularly within the direct-to-consumer (D2C) space. As the head of a diverse marketing team of 100+ professionals, Cassi has successfully led initiatives that span both digital and traditional channelsā€”ranging from cutting-edge digital to running call centers and leading door-to-door marketing and field teams. Her experience heading up large, multi-channel campaigns makes her a thought leader who excels in maximizing ROI, building brand loyalty, and creating agile marketing teams that powerfully enhance the way corporations do business. Cassi holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and currently lives in Northern Arizona, where she balances her career with a love for yoga, kayaking, and performing with her local improv group.
