As marketing operations undergo a fundamental shift, scaling AI from isolated experiments to an integrated, organization-wide capability remains a critical challenge for revenue leaders. In this keynote, Jean Lawrence, VP of Marketing at Nokia, shares how a $22 billion global technology leader is evolving into an AI-native marketing organization. Moving beyond early adoption, Jean will walk through Nokia’s journey of embedding advanced AI tools and agentic workflows directly into go-to-market strategies, sales-alignment initiatives, and strategic account management. Attendees will gain candid, practical insights into what worked, what didn't, and how to successfully navigate the shift from initial pilot programs to scalable business outcomes. Key Takeaways: • Overcoming resistance and nurturing adoption of AI through gamification Strategies to drive organic engagement, reduce organizational friction, and cultivate early adopters across global teams. • Fostering experimentation to identify highest ROI use cases Lessons learned from internal innovation forums and monthly accelerator groups to surface, vet, and refine high-impact AI applications. • Instituting a disciplined and pervasive AI approach to deliver business outcomes Practical frameworks for transitioning from ad-hoc trials to scaled, workflow-embedded deployment that accelerates pipeline and strengthens sales alignment.
