A recent Gartner report reveals a stark reality: only 34% of organisational changes succeed, proving that standing still isn’t a safe bet, it’s a fast track to falling behind. This session will explore how CMOs can embrace change with intention, aligning their teams, strategies, and resources to drive measurable impact.
