Gael has held leadership positions in big global companies including L´Oréal, Heineken, Henkel, Essity. He also has entrepreneurial experience in tech & e-commerce start-ups. He has worked in different cultures in developed and emerging countries, and lived in Paris, Rio de Janeiro, Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Munich and Geneva.
