Josephine Guckian is the Partner, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at HKA, where she leads the firm’s brand, marketing, and communication strategies. She plays a pivotal role in enhancing HKA’s market-leading position in expert, consulting and advisory services across various industries. With over 27 years of experience in B2B professional services, Josephine collaborates with senior leadership and global teams to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns that demonstrate HKA’s expertise. She is also dedicated to measuring the impact of marketing and communications to ensure their effectiveness. Before joining HKA, she was the UK Head of Marketing at WSP and the Group Marketing & Communications Director at Sweett Group (now Currie & Brown). Josephine is a chartered marketer and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. In addition to her marketing responsibilities, Josephine leads HKA’s Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Steering Committee. She works closely with ESG leads to drive the firm’s commitment to sustainability, equality, diversity and inclusion, and community impact to drive the firm’s commitment to making a positive and sustainable difference within its communities, environment and industries.
