Nidhi has over 20 years of global experience in marketing, product, and partnerships across ecommerce, payments, and consumer packaged goods industries. She currently serves as the Vice President of Growth & Performance Marketing at Etsy, supporting their mission of Keeping Commerce Human. Before joining Etsy, Nidhi held key leadership roles at eBay, overseeing full-funnel paid media on the marketing team, and product marketing and platform partnerships for eBay’s payments business. Prior to that, Nidhi held diverse roles at Western Union and Nestlé, from brand marketing and strategic partnerships, to launching new products internationally. Nidhi’s teams have been widely recognized for marketing excellence, earning awards such as the Cannes Lions, ADDY, Shorty, Reggie Awards, Telly, among others. A respected marketing thought leader, Nidhi’s insights have been featured in Forbes, Huffington Post, and Ad Age. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics, an MBA in International Business, and a Master’s in Internet Marketing. Passionate about mentorship and entrepreneurship, Nidhi volunteers as a Charter Member of TiE Silicon Valley, a global non-profit dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship.
