Ritu is a senior marketing executive with deep experience building and scaling go-to-market engines for high-growth enterprise SaaS companies. She is currently Chief Marketing Officer at Observe.AI, a Series C company enabling enterprises with AI for the contact center, including voice and chat AI agents, agent copilots, and conversational AI. Ritu leads the company’s enterprise go-to-market strategy, including repeatable demand generation, new agentic AI product launches, and a corporate rebrand serving hundreds of customers nationwide. Previously, Ritu served as CMO at Productboard, the Series D company that transformed product management, where she led marketing for a platform used by product and engineering teams worldwide. Before that, she was at Lob.com, a Series C SaaS platform modernizing direct mail automation, where she helped expand the business from developer-led SMB roots to enterprise marketers and scale the company to $100M in revenue. Earlier in her career, Ritu held senior leadership roles at Automation Anywhere, Flexera, Palamida, and Agralogics. Across her career, she has built and led global teams, launched more than 30 enterprise products, driven organic and inorganic growth, and helped define multiple new software categories.
