Sonal Mane is a dynamic technology executive with over 19 years of experience driving innovation and growth at industry-leading companies. As the current VP of Global Growth Strategy and GTM at Databricks, Sonal is pioneering AI-powered growth engines that are transforming revenue strategies. At Databricks, Sonal founded the first Digital Self-Service and User Growth organization, focusing on empowering data practitioners across diverse customer and partner organizations. Her previous roles include Global Head of Digital Customer Success at Qualtrics, where she managed a $130M P&L, and leadership positions at Microsoft, where she spearheaded nationwide initiatives for the Microsoft for Startups team. Sonal's expertise spans product management, marketing strategy, and program management. She has contributed to the success of flagship products such as Office 2007, Bing, and Windows 8. With a Master's in Computer Science from USC and a Bachelor's in Information Technology, she brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and visionary leadership to her work. She is recognized for her collaborative approach and relentless commitment to driving business results. Sonal is also an active participant in the technology entrepreneurship community, mentoring aspiring leaders and inspiring innovation.
