Win or lose, they stay: The playbook for brand loyalty
In sports, loyalty isn’t transactional — it’s emotional. Fans don’t support a team because of discounts or convenience; they stay because the team represents identity, belonging, and shared history. This session explores how successful sports organizations cultivate unwavering fan commitment through a clear sense of purpose, powerful storytelling, and authentic, two-way engagement — on and off the field. Drawing from real-world examples across professional sports, the keynote unpacks how teams remain trusted and loved through losing seasons, roster changes, and moments of adversity. Attendees will discover how to translate these fan-first principles into their own brand strategies, creating emotional connections that go beyond price and performance — and building loyalty that lasts even when conditions aren’t perfect.
