Most recently, as Chief Brand & Creative Officer for the LA Galaxy and AEG, he repositioned the club into an award-winning cultural entertainment brand—growing the fan ecosystem from 6 million to over 30 million, increasing engagement by 500 percent, and delivering the most profitable year in more than a decade.
Previously, Will served as the NFL’s first Chief Creative Officer with the Washington Commanders, leading the league’s most successful rebrand and launching its first in-house entertainment studio.
