From Level 3 to Level 4: What I Got Wrong When I Told Marketers to Build Systems
Six months ago I shared a framework for AI adoption with this community: Task, Process, System. The challenge was to stop merely using AI and start building systems with it.
I have since found a flaw in that advice. Every system I built needed its own private copy of the truth, and those copies went out of date fast. The context needed constant refreshing, and users couldn't be sure they had the current version.
This session is the correction. Level 4 is a shared context layer: a single governed source that people and AI both query. Individual systems need not carry their own facts. I will work through it with the example of a persona engine built on 6,859 sales calls, then show what the layer does to the complex three-layer evaluation process I had to build to keep that persona engine honest.
Walk away knowing how to check whether the AI systems you have already built are still accurate, and how to keep them current without maintaining your own copy. No prior attendance required.
