AI won't replace strategy - misunderstanding will.
Misinterpretation is the biggest risk in the age of AI. The fundamental tension is that companies are investing billions in AI transformation, yet many employees can't clearly articulate what the strategy means for their role, their customers, or the business. In the AI era, the pace of change has accelerate.but understanding hasn't necessarily kept up. Organizations around the world are investing heavily in AI transformation, yet many struggle to realize the expected value - not because the strategy is flawed, but because it is interpreted differently at every level of the organization. This session explores one of the most overlooked challenges of the AI era: the gap between strategic intent and shared understanding. As AI initiatives move from the executive suite to managers, teams, and customers, each handoff introduces the risk of misinterpretation, diluted priorities, and inconsistent execution. Attendees will learn why successful AI adoption depends as much on communication as it does on technology, and how leaders can transform complex strategy into a clear, repeatable narrative that aligns organizations around a common purpose. The session will provide practical approaches for simplifying without oversimplifying, reducing ambiguity, and creating consistent understanding across teams. The key message is clear: AI will not replace strategy, but misunderstanding can undermine even the most ambitious transformation efforts.
