Wilma’s marketing leadership is matched by her deep business acumen, honed through prior leadership roles at Heinz Canada, Spin Master Toys, and Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, where she led customer growth initiatives, digital expansion, and product innovation. She holds an Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School, University of Ontario.
