With over 17 years of experience in the wine & spirits industry, Conley Downing is a passionate and versatile marketing leader who specializes in building and nurturing early-stage, high-growth brands. She has successfully led and executed marketing strategy, consumer insights, brand planning, and digital and social media campaigns for several emerging and established spirits brands, such as 21Seeds Tequila, Ciroc Vodka, Deleon Tequila and Lobos1707 Tequila & Mezcal. She also served as Head of Marketing at Pronghorn, a company backed by Diageo that invests in minority-owned brands. At Pronghorn, Conley led the accelerator and advised over 25 brands on how best to grow and scale through innovative marketing solutions. Currently, Conley is the CMO for Archer Roose Wines, modern, luxury wine in a can that is disrupting the wine category and meeting consumers where they are. Conley's mission is to create impactful and memorable brand stories that resonate with diverse and discerning audiences, and to drive brand performance and growth. She is also a mentor, a mother, and a lifelong learner who is always eager to explore new opportunities and challenges in the dynamic and exciting wine & spirits industry.
