Javeria Rehman is the Global Vice President of Vitamins, Supplements, and Dietary (VMS) at Reckitt, leading portfolio’s, strategic marketing, innovation, and whitespace expansion. In her role, she is responsible for scaling emerging brands like Neuriva Brain Health and growing iconic brands such as Airborne, MegaRed, Move Free, and Digestive Advantage. With over 22 years of experience in the FMCG industry, Javeria has built a diverse career spanning Personal Care, VMS, OTC Drugs, and Home Care. She began her professional journey at Procter & Gamble and gained valuable experience at Novartis, Sanofi, and Reckitt, where she has held roles of increasing responsibility over the past 15 years. A dual British Pakistani citizen, Javeria has lived and worked across developed and emerging markets, including Pakistan, the United Kingdom, France, Mexico, Switzerland, and now the United States—giving her a truly global perspective on business, culture, and leadership. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and three children.
