Marjorie McCarthy is Chief Marketing Officer for ISS North America, a leading global provider of facility management, workplace, and food services supporting clients across financial and professional services, technology, aviation, life sciences, manufacturing, and healthcare. A Globe Street “Woman of Influence,” Marjorie is a globally experienced marketing and communications executive known for building transformational, integrated marketing programs that drive growth. She joined ISS in 2024 and brings deep expertise leading enterprise brand strategy, digital transformation, and high-performing cross-functional teams. Previously, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Unispace Group, where she led global marketing and communications and spearheaded a company-wide rebrand and repositioning following its acquisition by PAG Group. Her earlier leadership roles span Global Strategy Group, McGraw-Hill Education, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Marjorie holds a Master of Science in Global Affairs and International Business from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College.
