Nate Challen is a transformational marketing leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategic growth for consumer brands across global markets. As the former Global Head of Strategic Marketing Services at Sanofi Consumer Health, Nate led worldwide marketing capabilities for a €4.7B business unit, revolutionizing marketing practices for brands including Allegra and Dulcolax across 48 markets. He later served as Canada Country Head and General Manager, where he executed a successful turnaround of the Canadian unit by simplifying the product portfolio and growing prioritized brands. Throughout his career, Nate has successfully revitalized iconic brands through strategic repositioning, including elevating both Aveeno and Gold Bond to top market positions in mass skin care and relaunching Rolaids post-acquisition. Nate is currently an Executive Advisor to innovative healthcare and retail technology startups including The HRT Club and Otacta.ai. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he actively serves on the Alumni Council.
