Shelley Diamond, Chief Marketing Officer of UNICEF USA, is responsible for building the UNICEF brand and communicating its mission “to relentlessly pursue a more equitable world for every child’. Her focus is driving growth through integrated marketing communications across all channels, and engaging individual and institutional supporters through marketing innovation, marketing technology and audience/brand insights. Ms. Diamond was formerly Chief Client Officer at Young & Rubicam, and led WPP’s Dell, Tyson Foods, Campbell Soup and Xerox businesses (P&L’s exceeding $100 million in annual revenue). She also provided the vision and leadership to integrate 10 agencies across four continents and deliver cross- channel solutions. Shelley also created and led ‘Y&R Inspire Change’, a social impact practice helping corporate clients and not-for-profits transform their go to market strategies and engage a new generation of donors/advocates for social change
