Benoîte
Yver
VP Performance Marketing
Imperial Brady
Benoîte Yver is a senior marketing executive and three-time CMO who helps companies turn marketing into a measurable growth engine. With a rare combination of engineering, business strategy, and marketing expertise, she brings a systems-thinking approach to building brands, creating demand, and connecting marketing to revenue. Over the course of her career, Benoîte has led marketing organizations across technology and enterprise businesses, including DataCamp, Level AI, Datameer, Medallia, and Constellation Energy. She has built and transformed marketing functions spanning brand and product marketing, demand generation, digital and growth marketing, marketing operations, analytics, and e-commerce. She has also advised numerous technology companies as a fractional CMO. An engineer by training and a graduate of Harvard Business School, Benoîte approaches marketing differently: she combines the analytical rigor of an engineer, the strategic perspective of a management consultant, and the customer obsession of a marketer. Her work focuses on understanding what actually drives customer behavior, and building the data, technology, teams, and go-to-market systems required to turn those insights into growth.

Make marketing matter: Proving impact when budgets are under the microscope
Marketing has never had more data and never faced more doubt. Every campaign is scrutinized, every dollar questioned, and every CMO is expected to prove the function's worth in a language the boardroom actually respects. This session tackles the credibility gap head on. We'll explore how leading CMOs are shifting from vanity metrics to business outcomes, building narratives that connect brand and demand work to revenue, retention, and enterprise value. Attendees will leave with a sharper framework for defending marketing's seat at the table and a clearer sense of what "impact" really means to the people signing the checks. Key takeaways: - How to reframe marketing metrics around business outcomes the C-suite cares about - Practical ways to build a credibility narrative that survives budget season - A framework for connecting brand and demand generation to measurable enterprise value
