This year, the agenda at the CMO Summit San Francisco is built differently.
While B2B and B2C CMOs share pressures around growth, AI, ROI, and the changing customer behaviour, the way those challenges are solved is very different.
The morning sessions will bring both audiences together to tackle the biggest issues shaping marketing leadership today. In the afternoon, the agenda will split into dedicated B2B and B2C tracks for more focused conversations. B2C sessions will explore customer loyalty, experience, retention, and brand relevance.
