From data silos to actionable intelligence
Marketing, sales, product, and customer success each generate their own view of the customer, and those views rarely talk to each other. The result is a familiar pattern in organizations: dashboards that disagree, campaigns built on incomplete signals, inability to identify the root cause of customer churn (product issues, lack of product content, training etc.) in order to prevent future churn, ultimately decisions made on gut feel because the data that would settle the question is in different systems.
This session looks at what it takes to move from fragmented data to intelligence the business can act on.
We'll get specific about where silos come from, what breaking them down really required (organizationally and technically), and how to tell the difference between a dashboard and a decision. The goal is grounded, practical advice, drawn from successes and failures alike.
