Laura Morris is a tech marketing executive at HP Inc. with 15 years of experience in hardware, software, and subscription services in B2B and B2C categories. She has evolved from Product Marketing to Brand Marketing and now to Growth Marketing, effectively blending brand building and customer acquisition to drive business growth. Her strategic vision has consistently improved marketing efficiency and team performance. As the Head of Marketing for Latin America at HP Inc., Laura's team drives strategy and execution for all 15 business units at HP. Laura is passionate about developing and implementing comprehensive marketing measurement methodologies, including Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Market Mix Modeling (MMM), campaign tracking, and custom trackers. She established a growth marketing practice, leading to 2x growth in ROI of paid marketing. Previously, Laura was the Director of North America Consumer Print Marketing at HP Inc., where she transformed her team into a data-driven and highly recognized group. She implemented growth strategies that doubled the attach rate of ink subscriptions to print hardware within 18 months. Laura holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a BA in Creative Writing and Spanish Literature from UC San Diego. She combines her professional expertise with strong analytical and creative skills.
