Manoj Raisinghani is a builder of products and a storyteller with over 20 years of experience as a tech executive. His career includes leadership roles at Hitachi, Citrix, and Hewlett Packard, as well as incubating multiple startups, including one he founded and was successfully acquired. Recently, Manoj founded Aozla, helping organizations develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, agentic-AI workflows, thought-leadership content, campaign design, layered tech stacks, and demand creation excellence. Manoj has held executive roles in strategy, product, and marketing, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in GTM initiatives. His focus spans AI-first solutions, hybrid cloud adoption, app-data-infra security, and AI-driven transformation across industries. At Hitachi, Manoj developed and launched the EverFlex brand globally for the ‘as-a-Service’ portfolio, authored its narrative, and led its activation. He also led Hitachi’s global GTM operations, establishing the GTM Center of Excellence achieving significant cost savings, agility in delivery, and pipeline growth. A recognized business thought leader, Manoj is passionate about developing the next generation of GTM leaders by empowering innovation, accountability, and a sense of urgency among the teams. Manoj is a frequent speaker at industry events and throughout his career, he has received multiple awards for revenue growth, customer engagement, and margin improvement.
