Ashish is a seasoned growth executive with a track record of leading marketing in hyper-growth companies. With a career spanning over two decades, across Fortune 100 to VC-backed businesses, Ashish has consistently delivered transformative results by articulating a clear strategy, leaning in with strong analytics, customer and commercial orientation, and building a talented team. He joined Remitly (RELY), a digital payments company, shortly after Series-A funding and over 4 years scaled revenue from <$5M to ~$100M, user base from a few thousand to ~1M, and expanded from 1 to 20+ markets. Remitly now ranks globally among the top three digital disruptors in international digital payments.
He is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Kin a Insurtech unicorn. Kin is the only pure-play, direct-to-consumer digital insurer focused on the growing homeowners insurance market. They make homeowners insurance more convenient and affordable by eliminating the need for external agents. Their technology platform delivers a seamless user experience, customized options for coverage, and fast, high-quality claims service.
Ashish holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BS in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras. He is deeply passionate about supporting causes that promote education for the underprivileged and strive to create opportunities through scholarships, particularly for girls excelling in STEM.
